Peek a Boo

I missed most of the good laughing, before I got the camera out. However, it is still funny because Daphney is pretty worn out from laughing and starts being funny. I tried not to let her see me so sorry for the funny camera angles.

Jumping Machine

This is for my wonderful in-laws that bought her this jumper for Christmas. Thanks again!

My First Tooth!

Can you see my first little tooth?!
Growing up with Teddy!

Matt and Sarah CIame to Visit

Our college friends came to visit us on there way across the country. These pictures we took right before they left and I think we all look tired, but I guess that is proof it was a blast! It was great fun catching up with them. We played lots of games, pool, and the wii. My highlight of the night: The four of us played just dance and it was hilarious when we got to a song where Matt and Shane had to dance together. Sarah and I were dying laughing and by the end they were just pretending to do it with air between them.  Sure going to miss them!
If they become college roommates I think they should have
to hang this picture up in their dorm room. : )

More Realism

"Raspberry Blossoms"

The Raspberry painting is based off of a photo I took back in 2009 and I am finally getting around to painting it. I love it! But, I feel like it needs a little more so I am thinking I will do it as a diptych or a triptych. It is a little smaller than the paintings I have been doing lately. (11-14 inches)

"Train-Bridge"

The Train-Bridge was worked on in many parts because I would try and squeeze in time to work on it while Daphney was sleeping, but I would never get too far before she would awake. (16-20 inches)

Daddy Daughter Bonding

VIDEO #1:   Daphney was working her magic on Shane's head. Raising girls really is hard on your hair. : D

VIDEO #2:    Daphney is practicing how to make turkey sounds so that she can go hunting with her father in April and May.

One morning I woke up to Daphney staring at the window just laying there making those sounds. She does it all day!

5 Months Old

I was trying to teach Daphney how to roar whenever I say "Monster". The above photo is the best she can do right now.

She is getting so big and will be able to crawl in no time- Time to baby proof the house!
